Refund policy

Outlandish Creations makes every item to order and we are unable to refund items once they have been purchased and subsequently made for you.

If there is a fault with the item and it has been damaged in transit we would happily replace the ceramics.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@outlandishcreations.com.
